**Job Description**:
The **Head of Business to Business (B2B)** is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving the growth and success of the B2B and Events channels at Dan Murphy's.

The role requires a strategic leader who can identify market opportunities, optimise operations, and deliver tailored solutions for corporate clients, hospitality partners, and large-scale events. With a focus on customer acquisition, operational excellence, and team leadership, the role ensures seamless service delivery and integration across internal teams. The Head of B2B will drive financial performance, customer engagement, and infrastructure development to support long-term growth.
- Strategic Direction: Developing and executing strategies to establish B2B and Events as core growth channels. Identify market opportunities and build business cases for investment.
- Operational Excellence: Streamline processes, enhance digital experiences, and deliver a unified omnichannel journey for B2B and Events clients by collaborating with internal teams.
- Customer Acquisition & Expansion: Attract new customer segments and forge partnerships with other organisations, tailoring solutions to maximize market potential and engagement.
- Marketing & Engagement: Partner with marketing and merchandising teams to create impactful campaigns and exclusive offers that drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture focused on growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
- Revenue Growth: Set and achieve financial targets, scaling existing customer bases and exploring new market opportunities to drive sustainable growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, business development, and team leadership
- Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze complex business data
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a track record of managing high-value client accounts
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
- Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, processes, and industry trends
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions
- Experience in developing and implementing successful B2B strategies across diverse markets
