Reporting to the Head of Product, Mobile Apps, the product manager will manage and deliver product improvements and new products across a number of off platform channels including newsletters, push notifications, mobile apps, Apple News, Google News and other surfaces.

- Ability to work autonomously and own product outcomes
- Adaptable and able to work on multiple priorities at the same time
- Demonstrated understanding of off-platform products including Apple News & Newsletters
- Innovative and collaborative
- You love news, entertainment, sport and lifestyle
- Experience in the media/digital industry highly regarded

**ACCOUNTABILITY & RESPONSIBILITIES - Responsibilities are the tasks or duties that must be performed well to succeed in a role**
- Deliver, in collaboration with the wider product and business teams, the off-platform and outreach roadmap supporting business objectives
- Ensure our customers, products and their requirements are clearly identified and appropriately prioritised to ensure that we deliver products to our target market that meet the expectations of both customers and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor competitors’ product development and identify opportunities for feature and product development for News Corp Australia from these observations.
- Ensure any bugs or customer facing issues are dealt with as fast as possible.
- Monitor and escalate customer feedback.
- Manage key relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
