**About the role**

Our Governance and Reporting team is actively seeking a highly qualified individual to join our ranks as a Governance and Reporting Officer. In this crucial role, we are looking for someone with an expansive skill set encompassing various key areas, including data analysis, synthesise various sources of information when compiling reports, updating and maintaining process documents and guidance. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a substantial impact within our team, and by extension, our organization as a whole.

On a day-to-day basis, you might find yourself:

- Gathering and verifying data to extract meaningful insights to generate accurate and timely reports
- Reviewing and performing maintenance on our team’s systems and processes that support reporting requirements
- Developing innovative corporate reporting products on LXRP’s performance for internal and external stakeholders

This is a three (3) year fixed term position, paying a salary between $91,418 and $103,725 plus superannuation with hybrid working arrangements (a mix of office and home/remote based working). The office you will be working from is in Melbourne CBD and the branch’s anchor day in the office is **Tuesday.**

You’ll be reporting to Dani (Manager, Governance and Reporting) who has been at LXRP for over five years in the Governance and Reporting team and has plenty of experience and knowledge to share with you. The team is small - they work together collaboratively and encourage open communication and feedback.

**About you**

As the Governance and Reporting Officer you will be someone with strong written communication skills who is up for the challenge of writing confidential briefs and reports, as well as verbally communicate and build relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders.

You are an all rounder who enjoys reviewing data in an Excel spreadsheet or building a dashboard in PowerBI. You might be working in a completely different space and looking for a change, or you may have transferrable skills that you think we should know about.

Let’s get technical - what skills do we expect you to have?
- Some knowledge of Excel and Power BI
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to prioritise tasks if urgent tasks suddenly arise
- Able to use critical thinking and examine the bigger picture
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
