Are you a high-performing advisor with a proven track record of coordinating and delivering successful, multi-disciplinary bids? Are you ready to take ownership of complex, strategic pursuits across the Asia Pacific region?
SLR is seeking an exceptional Regional Bid Manager to lead the development and delivery of major proposals across our full spectrum of advisory, sustainability and environmental services portfolio. This role is central to our continued growth across APAC and offers an exciting opportunity to work with a collaborative, technically excellent, and commercially minded team.

**Job Tasks and Responsibilities**
Reporting to the Strategic Growth Director, this role will see you responsible for the following:

- Manage preparation of high-value, multi-disciplinary bids across the Asia Pacific region, aligning closely with technical leads, business development, and executive stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end bid lifecycle - from opportunity assessment through to proposal submission and post-bid reviews.
- Develop compelling and client-focused content, tailored to position SLR as the consultant of choice in complex and competitive pursuits.
- Build strong relationships across regions, ensuring alignment of resources and insights for each unique opportunity.
- Influence win strategies and continuously improve bid quality and process excellence.

**Skills and Experience**
- A proven track record of leading and winning major bids in the consulting or professional services sector (preferably within environmental, engineering, or infrastructure sectors).
- Experience coordinating multi-region, multi-discipline proposals with complex stakeholder environments.
- A strategic thinker with exceptional writing, communication, and project management skills.
- Highly collaborative, commercially astute, and driven to exceed expectations.
- Familiarity with APAC markets and regional bid requirements is a strong advantage.
