**ABOUT THE COMPANY.**

Our Client based in Eastern Sydney is looking for an experience Recruitment Officer to be responsible for the 360 recruitment process for Council. Your Council has over 400 staff employees and your team promotes a highly supportive and collaborative environment.

**ABOUT THE POSITION.**

In this 12 month opportunity with Council, you will be involved in the recruitment process from start to finish. From the attraction of staff, recruitment and selection, administration, relationship management, to job evaluation - your input to Council will significantly contribute in growing teams.

**DUTIES.**
- End-to-end recruitment
- Evaluate position descriptions
- Creating and posting job advertisements
- Consulting line managers on recruitment strategies

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.**
- Previous experience in recruitment within Local Government (highly desirable)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong written skills for job advertisements
- Demonstrated problem solving and evaluation skills
- Great relationship builder
