Recruiter - Global Tech and Systems Manufacturer - Castle Hill/ Hybrid - $60ph + Super - 6 months

**Your new company**
This is a global corporation that manufactures engineered solutions for the mobile, industrial and aerospace markets.

The company currently has a HRBP structure, where the HRBPs do the recruitment, however the volume of the roles is too high so they have decided to bring in someone focused on Talent while they redesign the structure of the HR team.

**Your new role**
In this role you will be the sole recruiter for two of the company's major locations, focusing on recruiting for a mix of office, blue collar, manufacturing roles and machinists.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed in this role you will ideally:

- Hold a third level degree in HR or a related discipline
- Have strong experience in end to end recruitment
- Have strong knowledge of the Australian recruitment trends
- Have strong stakeholder management skills
- Be a strong communicator
