Join **SRG Global** as an **Internal HR Recruitment Officer** based in our Sydney CBD office. This Permanent **Part-Time role** offers the chance to shape recruitment strategies, engage with key stakeholders, and contribute to the culture and success of our organisation.

Working Monday to Friday from 9-2:30 pm and covering Recruitment for our New Zealand operations. (flexible hours)

Reporting to the **Talent Acquisition Partner**, you'll collaborate with a supportive and experienced HR team that operates across various sites throughout Australia.

**About the Role**:
**As an HR Recruitment Officer, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across our NZ operations (white and Blue Collar), ensuring operational requirements are met while aligning with our company’s strong cultural values. This role offers exposure to a diverse range of recruitment opportunities, from engineering and construction positions to corporate service roles.

**This isn’t just about filling roles;** you’ll play a pivotal role in finding the best talent for our projects and offices across Australia, directly contributing to SRG Global’s culture and long-term success.

Some travel may be required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Partnering with stakeholders**: Work closely with divisional managers and operational teams to understand their resource needs and provide weekly updates on recruitment progress.
- **End-to-end recruitment**: Advertising, screening of resumes, shortlisting, scheduling interviews and coordination of the pre-employment checks I.e reference checking
- **Facilitate onboarding** by preparing letters of offer, assisting with mobilisation, and coordinating inductions for employees across Australia.
- Manage and maintain employee records via our ATS **PageUp/ Success Factors**:

- Provide backup and support with high-quality HR Administration support to the SRG Global Business divisions as required.
- Represent SRG Global at **industry events, workshops, and networking opportunities**.

**The successful applicant will ideally have**:

- Previous Recruitment (HR) or external Agency experience (desirable)
- Experienced in sourcing (headhunting) hard-to-fill roles (desirable)
- Experience recruiting in the Construction, Engineering, Mining & Resource and/or Industrial industry (desirable)
- Strong interpersonal/verbal communication skills - must be able to establish relationships and communicate effectively at all levels involved on and off-site.
- **Attention to detail with a strong focus on compliance**:

- Intermediate Microsoft Word & Excel processing skills.
