- **_ We are a 100 million dollar company and growing fast, A Major FMCG Manufacturer, Supplier and Distributer of all of our own brands amongst other brands that we have exclusive marketing rights supplying the Retail foods and hospitality industries._**
- Our clients include the major food retailers including the “Big Two” and the Independents; there are 1000’s of skews in our product range all of which are authentic premium products including many European well-known brands that we have marketing rights to in Australia,_
- products that the end users search for and ask for by name in the stores,_

**Premium Products only** - We are known for & only specialise in the premium product range. What does premium mean to us, highest quality from using only the best ingredients and the safest and healthiest practices in food production. As the end users/consumers are becoming more aware and health conscious our retailers have increased their orders across the board. On occasion when a client decides to turn to the cheaper end of town, unfortunately for them cheaper goes hand in hand with a drop in quality. A drop in quality means several things, such as corners cut in manufacturing producing a far less healthy product, less desirable due to taste and an overall less authentic taste especially with the European flavours and brands that we own and have the marketing rights to in Australia. What our sales team find amusing is that if one of their independent stores decides to go cheap and reduces their weekly/monthly order they soon experience a very noticeable drop in sales over the quarter and they then begin their reordering and in almost all cases they are inspired to increase their overall orders by ordering additional lines /skews of products to replace other inferior tasting brands that they stock.

**Salary Package -**:

- $85,000 plus a $15,000 car allowance and super plus a monthly $1,000 bonus structure and to make it fun other financial incentives provided for individual product sales achievement._
