**The Role**
The Land Domain within CASG is seeking a highly motivated individual to provide executive support to a senior leader who is responsible for manage the acquisition and support of complex equipment for the Australian Defence Force.

As an Executive Assistant, you will independently manage the senior executive’s office. With limited supervision, you will undertake a range of duties including calendar management, preparation of correspondence, organising meetings, arranging travel, coordinating briefing packs, and managing office systems and records using Microsoft Office, Objective and Financial Management Systems.

To be successful in this role, you will need to work collaborative ly with other members of an integrated workforce across the organisation.The ability to proactively manage activities and anticipate the requirements of the senior executive is critical. A high level of discretion, judgement and the ability to prioritise competing activities are key attributes required for this role.

You will have either the relevant experience or be able to demonstrate skills required in supporting senior executives and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Your ability to interact with an integrated workforce (military and civilian) at all levels, in a fast paced environment, often working under tight deadlines, while retaining a calm and good natured approach, will see you provide seamless support to the senior executive.

You will be well organised and have the ability to manage competing priorities. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to anticipate the needs of the senior executive and exercise sound judgment in providing executive and administration assistance, be action oriented to solve problems, take a collaborative approach and possess excellent communication skills in order to engage stakeholders effectively and with discretion.

As an APS 4 Executive Assistant, you will perform moderately complex administrative support tasks within an integrated workforce.
