Executive Housekeeper

The Langham, Melbourne has an opportunity for an experienced, hands-on and dedicated Hotel Leader to join us as our **Executive Housekeeper** and lead the Housekeeping Operation to establish The Langham, Melbourne as the leading luxury product in the market and beyond.

**Key Responsibilities**
As Executive Housekeeper you will be responsible for managing the administration and operation of the entire Housekeeping Department including Rooms, Public Areas, Laundry (Uniform & Guest) and Valet ensuring the cleanliness, safety and absolute high quality of our guest rooms and areas, bespoke service and guest satisfaction.

As our Executive Housekeeper you will report to the Hotel Manager and provide advisory and executive support. You will assist in meeting the strategic goals of the hotel and participate in the preparation of the strategic business and operating plans.

As our operation continues to evolve, you will review and update the Housekeeping Operating Procedures, provide judgement and expertise in establishing the Operation, liaise and negotiate with external suppliers to support contract management and drive key responsibilities to ensure the hotel meets our Brand Standards, and our guests and colleagues alike build great memoires.

**Qualifications & Skills**
Our Executive Housekeeper will be a true Quality expert - passionate about quality in all forms, from the product, to the service, the colleagues and delivery To be successful in the role you will have been in the same or similar position at a luxury hotel and proven experience leading teams to meet a level of high performance across cleanliness, productivity and operational commitments.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
