Established since 2004, Nexus Executive Services is a boutique consultancy practice that, through the provision of tailored ‘people and performance’ solutions, partners with individuals and organisations to fulfill their potential together.

Working closely with the Principal Consultant/Managing Director and other Consultants as required, in this role you will be responsible for a wide range of critical functions, ranging from reception, appointment management, taking meeting minutes and routine administration, through to recruitment support, database maintenance, conducting research and administering online surveys, collating & analysing data, drafting documents, co-ordinating & supporting confidential & time-sensitive projects, and personal assistance.

It is envisaged that your excellent client-service ethic and demonstrated people, process and outcomes-focused approach, together with your initiative, flexibility, attention to detail and strong organisational ability, time management and follow-through, complemented by your maturity, discretion and composure, will underpin your success in this challenging and rewarding position.

Experience in a professional services or human resource management environment, relevant formal qualifications (e.g. business, management, human resources or marketing) and an interest in networking/business development and/or corporate governance will be highly regarded.
