**Your Role**

We are actively recruiting for a
**Trainee Specialist Consultant **for one of our established divisions of
**Your Resourcing Group. **This is one of Your Resourcing's fastest-growing division's and the personal rewards are endless.
- You will be passionate about **Business Development** demonstrating an ability to infiltrate new and existing companies
- You will develop an expert use of social media tools
- You will build awareness around your personal brand and hold credibility whilst exceeding Sales targets

**Your Experience**

We are not necessarily looking for recruitment experience as our Managers have developed highly successful sales teams throughout their entire careers;
But you must possess,
**commercial acumen, maturity, and be highly sales driven**. You will have the capacity to react quickly under pressure and will thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch industry, in a down-to-earth environment.

You will be coming from a solid sales background or at least have the audacity to sell yourself whilst passionately wanting to develop a career in recruitment.

This is a commercial sales position and we are providing a genuine opportunity to excel within the Recruitment industry whilst quickly establishing your own reputation for excellence, you will be put through a in house training programme supported by an external online training course with a leading international recruitment governing body.
