We are seeking an HR Manager to provide strategic and operational advice and support for all human resource matters within this established organisation with a workforce of circa 500.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the HR Manager is responsible for all components of the employee lifecycle, managing a small team to provide a strong employee experience aligned to company goals and values. This will include employee relations, performance management, HR compliance, injury management, recruitment, onboarding, development, retention and offboarding, as well as ad hoc HR projects.

Re-establishing and updating human resources processes and systems, you will work collaboratively with the business to oversee a range of HR matters and provide coaching and advice to leaders, supported by sound contemporary people insights.

A generalist People & Culture leader, you will have a proven track record in building and maintaining positive and effective relationships with key stakeholders. You will likely be tertiary qualified, coupled with solid previous experience in a generalist Human Resources role. A team player, with a commitment to company values, you will have a willingness to perform ‘hands-on’ operational tasks, whilst being able to think and deliver more strategically beyond the day to day.
