Are you ready to take the next step in your HR career or bring your experience to a dynamic and growing organisation? Adelaide Vehicle Centre is seeking a proactive and people-focused Human Resources Coordinator to lead and enhance our HR function.

This is a hands-on role that oversees all facets of human resources across the organisation—including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, training and development, payroll support, and policy implementation. You'll work closely with senior management and be instrumental in shaping a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates

· Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job advertising, interviews, selection, and onboarding

· Champion employee engagement initiatives and support a positive workplace culture

· Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety legislation and internal policies

· Oversee HR administration, record-keeping, and reporting

· Provide backup support for payroll processing alongside the Payroll Officer
