**T**he Company**:
Join our fast-paced environment working in the energy transition company. This company is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic HR office to come and join the team on a temporary to permanent basis. This is a perfect opportunity for someone to come in and challenge themselves in a new position. Working with Senior Managers and the HR business partner to ensure best HR practices are met. This position is for an immediate start.

**The Role**:

- Supporting the implementation of a new HRIS system
- Creating and maintaining accurate HR records and employee files
- Provide guidance on HR matters
- Responding to HR related queries received through shared inbox

**Your Profile**:

- Proven experience in HR roles, demonstrating your ability to handle various HR functions.
- A track record of adapting to new challenges and a strong desire to explore new horizons.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for contributing to positive organisational growth.
