12 month FTC role for a HR Officer based South of the River

**Your new company**
You will be working for a leading organisation based South of the River.

**Your new role**
Your new role as Human Resources Officer reports directly to the Executive Manager Human Resources and takes direction and operational guidance from the Senior HR Advisor.

Your responsibilities will be:

- Coordinating training and development for the organisation
- Present HR/WHS modules
- Supports the coordination of recruitment and coordinating internal and external advertisements
- Preparation of employment contracts and employee packs
- Creation and review of HR/WHS Policies and Procedures
- Creation of of Position Descriptions
- Maintaining HR information database and related records and registers as well as sending relevant communications as required.
- Liaison with managers for salaried staff regarding probationary appraisal reminders

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be successful for this role, ideally you will hold a relevant degree or qualification in HR or a related field. Ideally, you will have worked in a similar role and come with some generalist HR exposure.
