Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage an APS6 Team Leader Workforce Procurement Project on a contract for 12 months.

**Position Overview**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**_Contract management_**
- Undertaking ongoing contract management activities including establishment, performance management and reporting, contract administration, variations, extensions management and contract close out activities.
- Assisting in the management and resolution of escalated contract and supplier performance issues.
- Assisting with tracking value for money based outcomes and preparing performance reports against KPIs.
- Supporting Business Partners to identify improvements, opportunities and supplier innovation and provide support as projects arise.

**_ Financial Management_**
- Establishing and implementing governance and compliance processes for the reconciliation and confirmation of labour hire invoicing.

**_ Systems and Reporting_**
- Managing the integration of Workforce Procurement systems and processes into the Procurement Service Desk (Jira).
- Producing reports, interpreting data and analysing results to monitor and track improvement and performance outcomes.
- Establishing dashboards and management systems to track section performance against plans and targets.
- Developing and leading individual continuous improvement projects and change management activities including procedures and processes, systems and knowledge management.
- One big difference to lots of lives.
- Maintaining Intranet, workflows, and forms with current processes.
- Quality control of workforce procurement data and processes

**_ General_**
- Maintain relationships internally at the Agency as well as with external labour providers.
- Supervision, guidance and support to direct reports and team members.
- Other duties and projects as requested.

**Mandatory skill requirements**:

- Previous experience in reporting and dashboard functionality (BI/SharePoint/Jira)
- Previous experience in interpreting and analysing data sets
- Basic knowledge of SQL/SAS/VA

**Desirable skill requirements**:

- Previous work experience in procurement processes.
- Experience with Jira (Atlassian)
