**Your new company**

Join a care focused and collaborative Federal Government Department located in Woden. Your new role will be situated in an evolving and dynamic environment at the forefront of workforce reform.

**Your new role**

Your coordination and in-depth procurement knowledge will be utilised to support the management of a large third-party contract and completion of complex data modelling projects. You are a detailed and results-oriented individual who can undertake detailed analysis of reports to formulate recommendations.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

- Assist in the management of projects, programs and contracts in line with departmental policies
- Coordinating and managing procurement processes in line with CPR’s
- Assist with all aspects of contract performance and risk strategies
- Prepare papers, technical minutes, presentations and correspondence
- Build effective relationships and negotiate outcomes with stakeholders

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience or interest in establishing programs and procurement or contract management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex issues simply.
- Experience with data analysis and data modelling

**What you'll get in return**

This is an hourly rate contract role for an initial period of up to 12 months with the possibility of extension. Flexible working arrangements are available with a requirement for 3 days in the office.
