Nestled in the stunning Royal Botanic Gardens Sydney, the picturesque Botanic Gardens Cafe is an enchanting venue offering open-air dining in exquisite garden surroundings. A fresh twist on Australian cuisines makes the cafe the perfect place which offers light meals both dine in and takeaway.

**The Role**

This is a fantastic opportunity for an outstanding Café Supervisor who prides themselves on being a professional who can supervise a dedicated team and lead by example. You will have current and recent experience working in cafes, a real passion for food innovation you will need to be ‘on-trend’ to satisfy this knowledgeable, health conscious, captive audience and keep them engaged though continuous improvement and outstanding customer service.

**To ensure your success in this role you will have**:

- 2-3 years’ experience within a similar role
- Exposure to leading staff and being in control
- Ability to roster staff, both permanent and casual labour
- Amazing customer service skills, cash handling and food preparation
- Worked in either a contemporary café, gastro pub and/or restaurants
- Strong skills in front of house service - barista, takeaway and in house dining
- Innovative approach to new ideas and operations
- Ability to think outside the box, be creative and innovative
- Current RSA Certificate is a must
- A working understanding of food safety supervisor
