**About You**
You are an exceptional communicator who is enthusiastic, innovative, and positive about making a difference in the lives of people with disabilities. You have a background working with the following criteria:
Experience working with dementia and mental health

Experience working with behaviors of concern

Household and domestic duties

Supporting healthy routines and skill's development

Ability to identify and support the physical, emotional, and relational needs of participants

Assistance with community participation

Keeping accurate and complete records of activities via progress notes

Working within the NDIS Code of Conduct

**Support Worker must have the following**:

Well spoken and written fluent English

MUST HAVE NDIS Worker Screening Check

Must have valid driver’s license with a registered and insured vehicle

Highly recommended to have Cert IV Disability or other relevant qualifications

Must have at least 12 months previous experience

Please note client has preference for female support workers
