**AND YOU ARE?**

**Extensive** **management experience in residential aged care, home care, NDIS or health sector** is the first green signal you’re on the right track. You’ll also require:

- AHPRA RN registration
- **Demonstrated success in managing health services operations **including HR, clinical governance and change management
- Knowledge of accreditation standards and legislative requirements
- **Exceptional relationship management skills that lead to high levels of community and employee engagement**:

- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills

**Reporting to the Executive Leader, Service Integrated Communities**, you will:

- **Lead and manage all aspects of residential care home operations**:

- **Deliver high level resident satisfaction **with a commitment to resident-directed care
- **Form strong bonds** with residents, families and local community
- **Cultivate and maintain a positive workplace culture**, keeping the team’s wheels turning smoothly to prevent derailments
