**Your new company**
A new and exciting Regional opportunity exists within our clients Residential Care Property Team, for a Residential Assets and Facilities Manager.
You will be responsible for the delivery of facility management services including all asset and grounds management, maintenance, renovations, capital works and services to their residential care facility.

**Your new role**
Accountability of up to 8 direct reports which include Maintenance staff.
- Leadership and support of the maintenance staff providing opportunities for training and development
- Ensure appropriate expenditure for Capital works and planned maintenance tasks
- Coordinate the asset strategy for all maintenance works
- Ensure compliance of all mandatory schedules, by providing up to date records for audit by internal or external agencies.
- Ensure high quality work is completed according to strategic objectives

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Have trade qualifications and/or Facilities Management Diploma
- 5 years’ experience in Facilities Management and or construction
- Previous experience leading maintenance staff
- Experience in leading and developing a high performing team
