**ABOUT THE ROLE**

In this pivotal position you will establish, qualify and maintain contact with small to medium-sized customers via telephone, to increase customer loyalty and sales of parts and service products and solutions.

**Your key responsibilities and targets will include**:

- Growing sales and relationships with an ever-expanding customer base
- Implementing parts and service marketing programs
- Providing technical support and liaising with other departments
- CRM updates, including call planning, activity logging and customer updates
- Promptly acting and following up on any sales leads and opportunities

**ABOUT YOU**

You have a passion to work in the sales industry and a tenacious attitude that means you never give up.

**Ideally you will have the following skills and attributes**:

- A craving to provide exceptional customer service that ensures a positive customer experience every time
- The ability to build rapport with people quickly, especially over the phone
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great time management skills
- Heavy machinery industry background in parts or service will be highly regarded
