At RPS, a Tetra Tech company, we’re reimagining how HR supports a connected, high-performing workforce. We’re seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our People Team, delivering end-to-end support across HR operations and talent acquisition for our Project Management and Advisory business.
This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys the variety that comes with supporting both recruitment and generalist HR functions. You’ll work closely with leaders across the business to deliver people-focused outcomes and play an important role in shaping a positive employee experience support across HR operations and talent acquisition.
**What you’ll be doing**
As our new HR Advisor, you’ll:
- Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including employment contracts, changes, performance reviews and reward processes.
- Deliver full-cycle recruitment services including sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
- Provide guidance on employment legislation, awards, policies, and HR systems.
- Ensure HRIS data accuracy and reporting to support workforce planning.
- Support key HR initiatives and projects that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
- Partner with business leaders to deliver workforce solutions aligned with strategic goals.
**About you**
- You’re a confident and approachable HR professional who brings:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- At least 5 years' experience across HR operations and talent acquisition
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing and building talent pipelines through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong working knowledge of Australian employment law, modern awards, and HR systems
- Demonstrated experience in HR systems, data management, and reporting
- High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement and communication skills
