**The Opportunity**
We are proud to partner with an incredible not-for-profit organisation that gives back to the community. This business partner right across the food and grocery sector, from farmers and growers through to retailers, to source and rescue. With a welcoming and nurturing culture, our client is seeking an HR Advisor to join their team, initially temporarily but with a view of permanency.

**The Role**
Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Advisor is responsible for providing accurate and timely HR advice, support, and consultancy services to managers and employees across the full spectrum of the employee lifecycle.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following;
- Providing support to managers and employees by advising on policies and procedures, as well as HR operations
- Coaching managers through lower-level ER cases, including grievances and disciplinaries, and escalating where appropriate
- HR Administration, including generating HR metrics and reporting and supporting with contract and letter generation
- Facilitating training sessions for managers on relevant HR processes as required
- Support the HR Manager with a broad range of HR projects
- Acts as the return-to-work coordinator, providing practical support and guidance to employees and managers

We seek a purpose-driven HR Advisor with proven experience across the entire end-to-end employee life cycle.
- Genuine and passionate in nature
- Strong team player and positive ‘can do’ attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Completion of a tertiary qualification in Human Resources (or a related field)
- Proven experience in a similar HR generalist role
- A sound knowledge of the principles and legislation underpinning all aspects of HR
