**The Organisation**
Consult Australia is the industry association that represents small, medium, and large businesses in design, advisory, and engineering within the built and national environment. Consult Australia offers its members support within four key areas People, Practice, Pipeline, and Procurement.

**About the Role**
As the Event Administrator, you will support the Engagement Manager, in organising and coordinating the delivery of the organisations busy pipeline of face-to-face and virtual events.

The events range from small to large corporate events, workshops, luncheons, boardroom discussions, educational courses, and the annual conference.

You will assist, support, and provide excellent customer service to all members and stakeholders, and conduct event administrative duties.

You will have a passion for coordinating and organising events and for delivering a positive customer experience. You will be highly organised and enthusiastic, with a can-do attitude.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Support & assist in coordinating and organising all events
- Liaise with third parties including suppliers, venues, presenters, and catering
- Respond and process guest event registrations and enquiries
- Conduct venue research, collect & review quotes
- Provide excellent customer service to all event attendees, members & stakeholders
- Support with general administrative tasks, monitor invoices, process payments, purchase orders

- Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- A keen interest in learning and developing professional skills
- A can-do attitude & team player
- Previous experience in events and/or working in a member association is highly desirable
