In this role, you will report to an inspirational Chief People Officer, and lead the remuneration and benefits function. You will manage a small team to continue to design and deliver the execution and management of the Remuneration Framework. This role is a mix of working with the Executive Leadership team, and board members working strategically and also working hands-on operationally on the day-to-day activities, focusing on continuous improvement across all remuneration, performance, and benefits, and management of the annual remuneration and bonus review process.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Extensive experience as an executive remuneration specialist with broad experience across all facets of reward, remuneration, and benefits, in a fast-paced and growth-dynamic corporate environment.
- Excellent skills, in building presentations, papers, and reports to executive and Board level stakeholders;
- Essential skill set with exposure to APRA-regulated remuneration and governance practices such as CPS 511 and FAR
- Strong communication, influencing, and advising at the executive leadership level;
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to see the big picture;
- High-level critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
