**About the role at Stryker**

The Remuneration and Benefits Specialist ensures our Sales Representatives are paid their bonus & commission each and every month. In order to successfully do this, you will partner and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, from HR, Payroll, Finance & Sales Managers. Using your high attention to detail and appreciation of the process, you will accurately process payments through our bonus & commission structure.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- HR Query Handling - Promptly respond to HR queries and support compliance with HR policies
- HR Analytics and Advisory - Record, track, and analyze human resource metrics to drive insights and recommendations for policies, processes, and systems
- HR Process Management and Improvement - Implement and improve HR policies, technology and initiatives

**Strengths**
- Problem solving - Identifies problems and develops logical solutions that address the problems
- Collaboration - Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals
- Prioritization - Compares and ranks the relative importance &/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions
