We are a wholesaler currently working with a number of large flooring retail stores, contactors and architects throughout Australia. We are passionate about offering flooring and cladding solutions that meet the demand of today’s urban and contemporary lifestyle without compromising product quality, functionality, and service.

**Your future role**
We’re looking for a personable and proactive Receptionist to join our growing team. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing the best customer experience. You will also be assisting the rest of the team to ensure smooth day to day operations in our head office.Position is full time, Monday to Friday. Flexibility can be discussed if needed.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome existing customers and members of the public in our showroom
- Provide excellent customer service, and assist with product enquiries
- Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Managing the general inbox
- Processing new orders
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments
- Support the office with general administrative tasks

**About You**
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Excellent phone manner with extensive customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to use Microsoft suite
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and to be able to manage the front office during busy periods
- Good to have: Experience within the flooring, design or building industries
