**Receptionist/Administrator **who can play an integral role in delivering an outstanding customer experience for this exciting new brand in Australia.

We have transformed the vehicle purchasing experience, by creating an enjoyable, non-pressured, retail shopping adventure. With our custom built, state-of-the-art facilities and innovative new concept, we are now seeking like-minded partners and professionals to join us in promoting the BYD brand.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the dealership as required. This will include taking incoming phone calls, assisting customer requests, filing and processing of documents and completing general administrative tasks to dealership personnel.

**This includes**:

- Answering the phone promptly with a courteous and understanding manner
- Welcome all on-site visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Recording and forwarding phone messages and queries
- General administration duties and housekeeping

**About you**:
If you are someone with brilliant organisational skills, exceptional customer service skills and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude, we are looking for you

You will ideally possess:

- Exceptional customer service to provide customers with the best experience
- Excellent communication skills and good computer literacy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience with vehicle licensing would be highly regarded.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Bi-lingual in Mandarin/ Cantonese would be highly regarded
