**As a Broker Assistant/Receptionist your duties will include**
- Effectively manage/direct inbound calls and customer enquiries
- Take detailed briefs of client lending requirements and ensure all customer background information is sourced
- Ensure all necessary administrative tasks are carried out in an efficient, expedient and professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of core business areas so inquiries from potential clients can be managed or redirected when required

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of work experience in a client facing/receptionist role
- Completion of year 12 or equivalent is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year
