**About the Role**:
Looking for a role that’s both exciting and varied? We’re seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Chairman and Founder. This isn’t your typical admin role— you’ll be involved in everything from managing properties and assets to coordinating Board meetings and working with lawyers, accountants, and insurance teams. If you love a challenge, enjoy taking the initiative, and are ready to take on a wide variety of tasks, this role offers plenty of opportunities to keep you engaged and growing every day.***

**Location**:City Beach, WA

**Working Hours**:Monday to Friday

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Be the Chairman's right-hand, managing schedules, calendars, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Organise and attend important meetings, taking minutes and following up on key actions to keep projects moving forward.
- Get involved in projects like buying and selling properties, overseeing property maintenance, and managing assets.
- Liaise with lawyers, accountants, insurance companies, and other external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and processes.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights and visa arrangements.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Manage budgets, process expenses, and assist with financial planning.
- Be ready to step into a wide range of ad hoc tasks that make each day different and fun.

**What You'll Need to Succeed**:

- Extensive prior experience supporting Senior Executives, particularly in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels.
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and juggle multiple responsibilities.
- A sharp eye for detail and a knack for solving problems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to create and format a wide range of documents.
- A proactive mindset, anticipating needs and staying ahead of the game in a busy environment.
- Able to work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines with ease.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certificate in Business and/or Office Management (desirable but not essential).
