**About the Company**:
A WA owned and operated construction company who have been a key part of delivering a range of major projects across the state for close to 50 years. Their impressive portfolio of work makes them a sought-after brand in the market and the variety of public and private sector work allows for stability and continuity.

Due to the award of a major project, they are looking for an internal Recruiter for a 6 month contract starting immediately.

**Key Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a recruitment/HR role in either the construction, infrastructure or mining industries managing a white-collar and blue-collar workforce.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources (Degree or Diploma) are preferred, but not essential.
- Ability to partner with Construction Manager to support project resource requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management.
