**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Our clients are both rapidly growing, Australian based companies, who place great emphasis on empowered people and diverse teams. This 9-month contract will give you the opportunity to work with prominent clients.

**THE ROLE**

As a Recruiter, you will be an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team, working to deliver long term sourcing initiatives to support business operations, future projects and business growth.

**ESSENTIAL CRITERIA**
- Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills
- Contributing to the continuous review, improvement and implementation of talent acquisition procedures and processes
- Ability to work under pressure
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Strong organisational skills
- Cultivating talent pipelines through internal and external networking, coupled with the expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter
- Commercially aware and target-oriented
- Driven to deliver results beyond expectations
- Fluent in English
- 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
- Significant talent acquisition/recruitment experience ideally within a similar industry
- Demonstrated strong talent networks within a similar industry
