Haynes is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Service Administrator** to join our client’s team based in **Eagle Farm**, QLD.

This role is key to ensuring the smooth administration of fleet maintenance and workshop operations. You’ll be the go-to person for managing service bookings, processing maintenance orders, liaising with customers and suppliers, and keeping everything running efficiently behind the scenes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and process Service Maintenance Orders (SMOs)
- Manage workshop bookings and prioritise daily work schedules
- Provide quotations for service and mechanical repairs
- Process supply orders, receipts, and invoices in Business Central
- Support with vehicle arrivals, disposals, recalls, and compliance inspections
- Manage damage reporting and additional charge processes
- Liaise daily with customers and suppliers to ensure excellent service delivery
- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards

**About You**:
**Essential**:

- Current manual (C Class) driver’s licence
- Previous experience in administration or customer service
- Strong computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and customer focus

**Preferred**:

- Administrative or Business qualification
- MR (or higher) driver’s licence
- Experience within a mechanical, workshop, or parts environment
