Utilita Water Solutions is a Joint Venture between Downer and Ventia, and performs planned, corrective and responsive maintenance services on a diverse range of water and wastewater assets across Southeast Queensland.

**OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE**

Based at our Eagle Farm Depot, the Planning Administrator is integral to the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance services across the Water Network in the Greater Brisbane Region. This involves liaising with Planners, Supervisors and Leading Hands to execute and amend schedules, meeting service delivery standards of the Joint Venture. This is a busy role in a high-volume environment, working with and providing support to an extended operational team.

Key duties include:

- Coordinate with Planning teams and Supervisory teams in relation to customer notification requirements for associated network isolations.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the Joint-Venture to ensure planning and scheduling development is effective, efficient and completed works are tracked.
- Maintain database, spreadsheets, administrative functions and safety documentation to ensure compliance across the program.
- Utilise SAP to managing a high volume of workorders, including overflow, planned and reactive workorders.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Administrative experience managing high volume data in a maintenance or utilities environment.
- Well-developed interpersonal communication skills, IT skills and telephone etiquette.
- Ability to work flexibility and adaptively within a collaborative and complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and orientation for project.
