Exciting **Full-Time opportunity** based within the **ICT Digital Delivery Team**:

- Responsible for providing project support and coordination of associated activities to achieve key deliverable.
- This position is part of a team that improves our customers’ experiences and provides value for Endeavour Foundation through well executed projects.

**A little bit about the role**:
As Endeavour continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, we have an exciting internal opportunity for an **ICT Project Coordinator**
- Assisting Senior ICT Project Manager in the establishment, coordination and updating of project and implementation resources, etc
- Designing and implementing processes, controls, systems and/or tools to enhance program and project risks and issues management, financial tracking, status reporting and project management capabilities.
- Managing and providing communications with stakeholders, including any external partners.
- Scheduling engagement activities with local management teams.
- Scheduling meetings, workshops, and assist with minutes and distribution of agenda and other material as required.
- Organizing travel, accommodation and car hire bookings to various regions per the project requirements.
- Assisting with creating & managing dashboard to capture & report on project benefits.

**What will you bring**:

- Working experience as a Project Officer in the ICT environment.
- Ability to prioritise and exercise sound judgement.
- Highly developed resourcing and scheduling skills.
- High quality document presentation skills.
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal and communication skills to develop relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to coordinate projects and delegate activities to meet outcomes within required timeframes.
- Organisational skills including attention to detail and prioritising.
