**A little bit about the role**:
As the Endeavour Foundation continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, we have an exciting opportunity for a **ICT Business Relationship Partner**
- Collating business requirements to feed into individual business ICT roadmaps
and the Endeavour Foundation ICT roadmap.
- Engaging with stakeholders to understand business requirements and business division strategic plans.
- Recommending and contributing to the design and implementation of standards, tools and methodologies.
- Providing ICT management with customer feedback, insights, and
recommendations to improve services and ICT engagement.
- Collaborating with ICT teams to provide regular reports to the business
regarding project status, issues, and changes.
- Understanding what end customers expect with regards to ICT services and bring this intelligence to business leaders and decision-makers.
- Identifying opportunities for using ICT in new and innovative ways to bring value to the business and drive the business forward.

**What will you bring**:

- Experience working in a large, complex, and customer-focused ICT
environment, in support of business strategy.
- Experience facilitating change management involving business processes and
organisational change.
- Experience collaborating within ICT teams to achieve successful customer
outcomes
- Business Analyse skills and qualifications are highly desirable.
- ITILv3/v4 highly desirable
- Proven experience facilitating identification of creative solutions.
- Proven experience conducting business analysis and soliciting,
understanding, and verifying business requirements.
- Technical business requirement gathering and business process analysis and
mapping.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
