**The Role**:
Flick Anticimex are looking to grow our Brisbane team with several scheduler and admin assistant roles available in our Pest & Hygiene divisions. Flick offers excellent working conditions in a rewarding and challenging work environment.
**Key Responsibilities (Scheduler)**:
- Ensuring that effective and efficient run schedules are produced for technicians.
- Ensure timely control and consistency of service delivery.
- Support Operations Manager with day-to-day tasks.
- Guide technicians on priorities when necessary.
- Manage competing priorities and ensure changes in booking systems are constantly updated.
- Minimise customer defections or losses through the provision of the high-quality service scheduling.
**Key Responsibilities (Admin Assistant)**:
- Ensuring that effective and efficient and timely data entry of all aspects of invoicing.
- Ensure timely control and consistency of service delivery.
- Support Branch Managers with day-to-day duties involving invoicing and customer portals.
- Manage changes in invoicing booking systems are constantly updated.
- Minimise customer defections or losses through the provision of the high-quality service scheduling.
**Position requirements**:
- Background or knowledge of the Pest Control Industry or similar service industry (preferred)
- Knowledge of local and surrounding areas of Brisbane
- Ability to work with technology and within complex systems.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities & professional phone manner and a results-oriented attitude
- Attention to detail
- Ability to plan and organise within tight deadlines
