Geebung RSL is the friendly local club in Brisbane's North with over 15,000 social and RSL sub branch members. Rich in experiences, entertainment and tradition with great food, bars, coffee, live music, and a modern & spacious gaming room with the latest product.

Geebung RSL is in the heart of the Geebung village hub conveniently close to public transport (train & bus) and with plenty of free parking for our amazing members and staff.

Geebung RSL has recently featured as a Finalist in the Clubs Queensland Awards for
Excellence for RSL Club of the Year thanks to our amazing team of staff and loyal club members. The Board and Management are dedicated to an exciting Club Master Plan over the next 12 months and a Positive Performance Culture Program.

Geebung RSL is seeking an experienced full time Duty Manager to join the Leadership Team.
To be considered for the position you will meet the below criteria:

- Minimum 2 years in a Duty Manager, Supervisory or Leadership position within the hospitality, gaming, or customer service industry
- Current RMLV and Approved Manager certification
- Current RSA & RSG certification
- Strong hands-on experience across all aspects of club operations
- Proven experience in rostering & stock control would be of advantage
- Proven cash management and reconciliation administrative skills
- Strong computer skills and systems competency with would be of advantage
- Must be a proven leader with a positive attitude and ability to mentor and motivate staff
- Must be able to work as part of a team or autonomously as required.
- Bring energy, professionalism, and a proven work ethic to the role
- Proven ability to lead by example and promote a culture of continuous improvement
