**Job Description**:
**The Role**
AECOM’s Project and Program Management business is expanding We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Project Scheduler with 2 - 5 years’ experience to deliver design consultant services and client-side project management services to clients across a multitude of engineering sectors
As a Project Scheduler with a world leader in engineering and project delivery you will be exposed to a range of regional and remote project locations, enabling full concept-completion responsibility across some fantastic opportunities in major projects.
AECOM’s Project and Program Management team aims to provide clients with full Project Management services from concept to completion and are currently looking for an experienced Project Scheduler to work across the full lifecycle of a project from pre-contract to design, construction, delivery and commissioning.
Other responsibilities may include the preparation and presentation of proposals to clients and developing and enhancing relationships with clients and AECOM staff and suppliers.
**About You**
- 2 - 5 years’ relevant professional client-side project scheduling experience;
- Experience in civil infrastructure, defence and/or mining
- Experience with scheduling Design projects - valued
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Knowledge of best practice for Planning and Scheduling
- Knowledge of scope control, change management and earned valued methodology
- Competency in Primavera P6 and Miscrosoft Projects
- Experience with P6 Database administration or understanding of SQL - valued
- Experience with other scheduling software such as Asta PowerProject - valued
- Competency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with PowerBI - valued
You will have well-developed communication skills and a track record for delivering projects on time and to budget. Knowledge of the current market for consulting services as well as knowledge of construction of buildings will be a requirement.
You will also be self-motivated with an ability to work both autonomously where required, with a strong sense of commitment, a willingness to learn and a desire to work in a dynamic deadline driven team environment.
