Gaming Supervisor/manager

McKinnon Hotel is seeking a dedicated and motivated **Gaming Room Supervisor** to join our vibrant team. As a Gaming Room Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a welcoming and secure environment for all patrons while providing leadership to the gaming staff.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the gaming room, ensuring high standards of service, safety, and compliance with all regulations.
- Supervise gaming staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service.
- Monitor gaming room activities, ensuring adherence to internal policies and legal requirements.
- Handle customer queries and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Assist with the training and development of new staff members.
- Manage cash handling and ensure the smooth operation of gaming machines and systems.

**Key Requirements**
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a gaming environment or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Knowledge of gaming room operations and relevant legislation (training will be provided).
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- A commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
