**Bar Manager Wanted for Busy Italian Restaurant in Bentleigh**

We are a lively and renowned Italian restaurant located in the heart of Bentleigh, seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to join our team. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service and a top-notch experience for our guests.
- Lead and inspire a team of bartenders and staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Create and maintain an impressive cocktail list with both classic and innovative Italian-inspired drinks.
- Manage the wine and spirits inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and quality.
- Train and mentor staff on beverage preparation, presentation, and service standards.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Handle guest concerns and ensure every visitor receives a warm welcome and a fond farewell.
- Ensure that health and safety standards, including RSA compliance, are strictly followed at all times.

**Skills & Experience**:

- At least 2 years of experience in a bar management role, ideally within a high-end restaurant or similar establishment.
- Extensive knowledge of Italian wines, cocktails, and spirits.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A true passion for hospitality and a keen eye for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience in managing inventory and ordering supplies.
- Knowledge of coffee and espresso drinks is a plus.
- RSA certification is mandatory.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
