Gaming Attendant: The Bleakhouse Hotel & McKinnon Hotel

We are on the lookout for a friendly, customer-focused Gaming Attendant to join our team at The Bleakhouse Hotel and McKinnon Hotel. If you're passionate about hospitality, enjoy creating great experiences for guests, and want to work in a supportive, community-focused environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth and responsible operation of our gaming areas.

What We're Looking For:

  • Mandatory: Valid RSA, RSG, and Gaming License
  • Previous experience in customer service or gaming favoured (Or hospitality background)
  • Familiarity with gaming equipment, operations, and procedures
  • Understanding of TAB and Keno operations (or willingness to learn)
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
  • Commitment to upholding gaming regulations and internal policies
  • Availability for night and weekend shifts (we're flexible and happy to work with your availability)

Pay: $33.00 – $48.90 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 38 per week
