**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and care.
- Maintain high standards of coffee quality and presentation.
- Oversee daily operations and supervise team members to ensure smooth service.
- Train and support staff, promoting a positive and productive team environment.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, and stock rotation.
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong coffee-making skills and a passion for delivering quality coffee.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Proactive, efficient, and solution-oriented approach to work.
