**What’s the Job?**

Your role as studio manager would be to maintain the smooth running of the studio by working with the Managing Director, Production & Photographers including but not limited to the following:

- CRM - a comprehensive understanding of how this works, training will be given in our system, but you would need to have knowledge of like systems.
- Calendar management is a very important part of the job as newborns are unpredictable, so appointments change daily
- Telemarketing - Booking shoots and shoot preparation phone calls. You must be good on the phone We love to chat with our clients and find out about them and what they would love from us. We are helping them celebrate a very special time in their lives.
- Sales - Taking clients through in person and zoom call sales sessions. Helping them select their images and design physical artwork or digital collections for them. Closing the deal and selling the experience. We are selling an experience, not just photographs.
- Maintaining supplies and having good relationships with our suppliers.
- Adapting to change - Your day-to-day routine can be thrown in a different direction due to last-minute cancellations; you need to be flexible and be prepared to change staff requirements for the day.
- Communicating with external agency in regard to marketing content and planning.

**Education**:

- High School (Year 12) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- CRM software: 1 year (preferred)
