**About the Role**

At Kin Dental Studio we are looking for someone friendly and detail-oriented to join our already awesome team.

You would be working closely with our dentists who are highly trained and our awesome support team that are all very caring and helpful.

Our clinic is fitted out with fantastic technology in a beautiful, zen space.

NO DENTAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. We provide inhouse KDS Training.

Our remuneration offer is fair and equitable.

Location: Rosebery

Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 6:00pm

Open to part time and full time roles

- Experienced in customer service (preferred)
- Proficient in softwares: Excel, Google Drive, etc. (preferred)
- Great with social media and tech savvy (preferred)
- Language skills in other languages (big plus)

**Other**:

- Localish to the Rosebery area (preferred - for work/life balance - important to us)

**Responsibilities**

We start our staff off by focusing on the dental assisting role as it’s a great way to learn and graduals builds up your dental knowledge through experience. As Kin Dental Team Member, you would be trained in multiple areas of the practice over time including dental assisting, reception, infection control, lab work and more. With all our staff, we cater the training rate and focuses based on the business’s needs as well as your own personal interests and strengths.

We highly value cross-trained people, so you would also take on other various responsibilities over time that extend past your role’s primary tasks - a great chance to upskill and gives your work life more variety.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Providing excellent care to our patients during treatments while assisting the dentist
- Setting up and maintaining equipment
- Scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments
- Being a great listener and communicator to patients and other staff members
- And being friendly, understanding, and welcoming to everyone

**Secondary Responsibilities**:

- Handling packages and filing invoices
- Answering patient questions and concerns (giving great dental advice, aftercare instructions and follow-up questions)
- Perform administrative duties and help around the clinic (ordering, restocking, cleaning)
- Assisting Dentists in appointments when needed (backup Dental Assistant)
- Assisting with in-house lab work when needed

**Salary**: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Rosebery, NSW 2018: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
