At businessDEPOT we have the guts to do things differently, we care deeply about our clients and we give a sht about our team. We are looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist to join us in Brisbane with the mandate to provide high level support to our clients and team.

You don’t necessarily need to have Reception experience, but you do need to bring a willing-to-learn attitude and love jumping in to help out wherever you can. Your attention to detail and structured approach to your work will hold you in good stead for success in this role.

Without your role, we cannot provide the level of service we do to our clients. You will have the opportunity to work with our Operations team to support our facilities, HR and accounts functions.

**Skills you bring to the table are**:

- You know your way around the Microsoft Office suite and have a general interest in using technology for efficiency

**Tasks for this role are varied and will include**:

- Ensuring smooth day to day operations by greeting clients, answering phones, managing calendars and maintaining meeting rooms with high levels of customer service
- Responsibility for presentation of front of house, including communal areas
- Directing new client enquiries to our Concierge
- Maintaining and updating company databases and CRM
- Printing, scanning and filing documents as needed
- Managing office supplies, stock and placing orders
- Assisting with internal team events as required
- Supporting our Operations team with office maintenance and ad hoc tasks
- Assisting our Finance Manager with accounts admin
- Assisting our HR Coordinator with WHS coordination and HR admin
