**Responsibilities**:
**The Role**

Due to several projects about to enter the execution phase, Woodside require an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join their Project team and provide advice, support and guidance to their field execution teams to safely deliver these projects.

Key responsibilities include (but aren’t limited to):

- Supporting and enabling Contractors to meet the requirements of Asset Safety Report, Procedures and Contract requirements.
- Support Contractors understanding of interfaces, expectations and requirements.
- Support implementation of HSE Management requirements and Verification Plan activities.
- Leading training and awareness programs as required.
- Reporting incidents appropriately, participating in incident investigations and ‘root cause’ analysis and ensuring that findings and corrective actions are recorded and communicated as required.

Qualifications:
**Skills & Experience**

To be successful in this role, you will be a strong communicator and have several years’ experience in a similar role within the Oil and Gas industry.
- Tertiary qualification in HSE preferred.
- Formal qualification in incident investigation preferred.
- Demonstrated experience working with a contractor workforce required.
