Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment processes for a diverse range of skilled and support staff positions, from drafting job advertisements, job posting, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Collaborate with executive management to understand evolving needs and to cultivate strong working relationships
  • Conduct proactive talent searches using databases and external platforms, with a strong focus on diversity in recruitment
  • Create and nurture talent pipelines to support our continuous growth
  • Take charge of internal recruitment systems and processes, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process
  • Emphasise a customer service-oriented approach, focusing on candidate care, professionalism, and effectively advocating for both the company and candidates

Qualifications and Experience:


• Minimum of 3 years of high-volume recruitment experience, with a strong focus on skilled positions and support staff


• Proven success in sourcing and hiring within fast-paced, rapidly growing environments


• Ability to establish and maintain authentic relationships with diverse stakeholders


• Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail


• Previous experience with SuccessFactors recruitment platform preferred
